Absolutely, I would try to my utmost to get retroviral drugs to those suffering from AIDS. Now, I know that this may not be possible due to their cost, but to refuse to get as much help in this area is immoral. The acceptance of pseudoscience theories not only hampers treatment of people with the disease but also hampers the implementation of strategies designed to prevent the disease in the first place. If you deny that sexual intercourse is a factor in getting AIDS, then you undercut attempts to get people to use condoms, to remain monogamous, to stop usingprostitutes etc.
