Michelle, the concept of using EM waves at different frequencies for health care is still new! So, I am not surprised that it still doesn't work as well...

Yet, lasers are already being successfuly used in many applications, but still primarily for their focused burning effect and still not for EM action/reaction...

..I guess the AGE of using Dr McCoy's non intrusive EM probes over the body is still not here yet!
