Negative. I don't see how the law and order in the universe could be related to our perceptible timeframe!

IMHO true reality is outside the time dimension and that is also why cycles of different durations (frequencies) are so fundamental to the fabric of space-time...

Somehow the strong force can hold everything together and gravity, its extension from inner spaces to outer spaces, then provides the transfer function that maintains law and order in the Universe.

It is the noise what directly suggests chaos and disorder, but without it there would also be no changes and no action/reaction. Everything would be either static or perfect!

But since we don't perceive that things are either static or perfect, Then it makes it obvious that re-cycling is an integral part of the evolution of things. The only other alternative is linear evolution (the present theory!) based on the time dimension and the element of chance which, to me, does NOT pass the test of straight and forward logic and/or reason...

Yet, some people can pretend to exist under that chaotic idealism and the elements of time and chance, but I simply can't...
