Err, I hope that didn't happen. I really do. There is another story that was on CNN radio about the mayor getting caught bringing foreign tourists to the front of the lines for evacuation post-Katrina. I don't think that foreign tourists should've been left to fend on their own and I agree with the mayor putting them at the front of the evacuation line. These are people that both have very few resources in the US and, therefore, are in need but also the ones whose homes have not been destroyed. Getting them back on their way home would probably be for the best.
