The relevant article by Scott Creighton (“The Great Pyramid Fraud Revisited” in NEXUS June – July 2014) has this marginal note: “by Scott Creighton © 2014”

So presumably no one other than Creighton is entitled to grant permission to use the material.

Also: this may not be a legal requirement, but it seems to me that Scott and Louise should have been named in the narration, certainly where it tells the story of their shared epiphany while viewing Vyse’s journal.

Also in the article (and repeated as a boxed quote) is this: “However, the most damning evidence of all comes from Vyse’s own hand, and it shows beyond reasonable doubt that he did perpetrate a deception within the Great Pyramid.”

Really? Creighton has been other than consistent in his assertions on this point. The concluding paragraph of HOAX is equivocal:

“Genuine or fake—these painted marks within the Great Pyramid have become part of our common history and heritage. The world deserves to know the truth of them.”

His rhetorical misuse of legal jargon I merely note at this point.
