You wouldn't necessarily have to have the software install...only "some"(any) application that uses the SilverPush SDK (software development kit). It would basically be embedded into an application that you did install.

Acording to the Center for Democracy and Technology: "As of April of 2015, SilverPush’s software is used by 67 apps and the company monitors 18 million smartphones."

I also dont think its any more a "subliminal advertisement" than say...browser cookies. You look at something on Amazon and then you see an add on eBay. Along those same lines.

But now, when you get up from the Teli and get on the computer, the PC app could tell that you were watching a commercial for 30 seconds and figure you might want to see the end of it too!

...one more step towards the "unplugging of man". People will say,"Dont google it...I dont want to know."
