The movie doesn't help us understand quite as much about DeathEaters and the Voldemort "network" as the books do, but they do give us a lot of insight into a very important factor that will come to play a much greater role later on in the last book, I think.
Voldemort is NOT a loyal person to anyone. He has no friends. Harry is just the opposite, and somehow that will be the reason for his victory over the Dark Lord.

I didn't see that, really. But then again, I've read the books so for me it was like viewing a photo album of scenes rather than watching a "movie", per se.

Yes... on our way to that one next week, probably. They tend to enhance those more because the image is so large. Can't wait for a good dragon fight 5-stories tall!
