In the Dover court case about ID, Dover ID proponent and
former school board member contradicted withself on witness
stand. Also, he claimed on the stand that he never argued
for having creationism taught in the Dover. Then he and
the court were shown a television interview in which he
proposed that creationism be taught in school in addition
to evolution. Finally, he argued that the contradictory
answers, which he gave previously in sworn dispositions,
were not perjury because he was under the influence of
OxyContin at the time and, thus, did not know what he was
saying at the time.
