I don't think Dumbledore is dead.

I had a thought this week. You'll understand why when I post some pics after next week....

What is the first thing Snape ever says to Harry?

"I can teach you to brew fame, bottle glory... and even put a stopper in death."

That line has never been referenced again, anywhere. Was it just bravado on the Potions Master's part? I don't think so. It seems to be a little "Easter Egg" that Rowling put in the first book when she first introduced the character. Harry even wrote it in his notes. He may find that notebook in book 7 and remember it as a clue to the fact that he really can trust Severus. That sounds like the sort of thing she would do.

I think she once wrote she'd never bring a character back from the dead. But, technically speaking, are we absolutely sure Albus is dead?

Think about it. The second the Dumbledore's crypt appeared to encase his body, there was a flash. Was Dumbedore apparating away from the site, and is that why Faux screeched and flew away? He went off to where Albus had appeared?

Just more thoughts.....
