I was wondering about mold damage. It's been a keen concern of mine ever since we had a supposedly fixed but unfixed water leak in our roof one year. We had black mold growing in our ceiling and our daugher, 6 months old at the time, developed pneumonia while my husband, son and I all had to go on antibiotics for about a month for respiratory related infections.

It's bad stuff.
