and shows how with computer software hoaxes can be made at home just for fun. So watch out for ufo images they are easy to fake these days. There are much better ones than those in the link of course.
However I have to say that I have twice seen things in the sky that have defied all explanation. One time it happened in Christmas and the tv station (one of the three channels that we had back then) interrupted the transmission of ebenezer scrooge to show the 'object' live. We went all outside, and it was there. It was a clear day, no clouds, light blue sky. It was there for at least an hour, because we all had the chance to see the thing through my uncle's theodolite, lol. The next day the newspaper said it was a meteorological globe, I was a kid but I thought my god what a sophisticated instrument that dances and then becomes still when it wants. Besides, the son of the person in charge of the Characato observatory was in my class, and he told me that his father and the people in the observatory didn't know what the object was. Of course he could have been lying but I really didn't get that feeling coming from him.
I have enjoyed some nice stargazing moments wondering about other beings out there, yes, but I don't know why the UFO phenomena is not something that especially attracts me. It's intriguing, though.
