In preparation for an upcoming visit to the UK in March I've been charged with examining the BBC Online sector management and governance structures. I'm hoping that someone out there can help point me to resources that would inform me in this task.

The BBC offers a wealth of information about itself, but I'm looking for resources that can provide supplementary, 'non-official' perspective on BBC management. Replys via private messaging will be appreciated as well as answers on this thread.
