I haven't read the rules but it should only be proper nouns and exclude personal names otherwise I'd be slamming down all my letters with consonants in every move and saying it was somebody's name in eastern europe, and if they were all vowels I'd say it was somebody's name in the Pacific Islands. And if it was a combination of worthless vowels and consonants I'd say it was a Bantu or Swahili name, or a Hittite name.
