Yes, "musical females" was the whole clue, and Hermione explained it very well. I understand it now, and the answer Rosemarie makes sense because it's the name of a musical and contains two female names.
I used to like playing chess when I was much younger, but lately I have no real game, I'm not sure why. I was thinking about taking lessons last October but never did. It might be in my future, though, but I can't say for sure.
I really like playing bridge, but duplicate is different and a lot more complicated than rubber bridge, which was all I knew (and not all that well) up till now. I have a good teacher right now, and I hope to take more lessons in Austin. We'll see.
I think you'd like Kakuro. There are some free games on the net if you just google. Once I mastered Sodoku, I found Kakuro very satisfactory. Now that I've pretty much mastered Kakuro, well, now there are British type crosswords. Today I worked one of the recent Herald crosswords all the way through, so things are looking good in that respect. Life is good. :-)
Oh yeah, I meant to say that I also like working logic puzzles. Logic has never been one of my great strengths, so it's good to get that exercise .. and they're fun and interesting. That's about it for now.
