I was sat outside my favourite little Italian cafe this morning enjoying the sunshine and great cappo's they serve there. It was warm and if you closed your eyes, well you could of been anywhere where there isn't traffic noise, unlike Rome or Cairo.
Now it crossed my mind like a cloud crossing the sun that in any situation we can be nagative without realising it. This is because we rountinely use negative words in our daily dialogues, especially when talking yourself up.
We have to, So I'm told, avoid using the words ' try' and ' should' as these are negative words, and only reinforce negativity in the mind/brain. We have to replace them with'the word ' will'. So you would say about something, 'I will do this so and so' . This is much better than saying, ' I should do something about whatever' and or ' I will try to do something about whatever'.
So, I'm going to try this approach, damm. I mean I will do this. It is also recommended to stop saying coping about something and replace that with dealing with something.
OK I'll deal with this, it will take practice and some self conviction, worth the effort though.
