Yes - none of what is mentioned in the blurb is new, and a lot of it works. The problem is that, on a commercial scale, the effectiveness tends to drop off.

It's fine for your kitchen and small garden so go for it - although some of this stuff still needs to be handled with care and some of it will taint food quite badly.
