I can see her facing charges for false reports, but I wonder if Wendy's can get for defamation of character or some equivalent. She's certainly hurt their business. I was out running errands one day soon after this was reported and thought about a drive-thru lunch at Wendy's, but decided otherwise. I didn't really expect to find more missing people in the food, but somehow, I just ended up coming home and making a sandwich instead...
