Are you refeing to "complex" as an adjective or noun? If it's a nown it's "comlexes" (i.e. the new factory complexes surrounded the town). If it's an adjective it's more complicated! If you were talking about a complex number then the plural remains the same and the noun takes the lural (complex numbers). However, if you say that, for example, the naming conventions among X people are complex you can talk about the complexities of naming!
