Actually I have seen snow a couple of times ... and I did manage to build a snowman when I was six ... we took a wheelbarrow around and gathered up all the snow we could and then built him ... he wasn't much taller than I was at the time.
They even mention the word snow and everyone freaks out ... schools close ... roads close ... grocery stores are emptied ....
