Hi Don / Kat,

New forums are exciting. great work. I was bit held up by a deadline. haven't finished yet but, it is nearly done. so, I am here.

coffee house and "oh the humanity" are the really good ideas. everyone might have said all the good things. so, I will skip that and start with few suggestions:

1) bullets are confusing. tree thing was clear.

2) title of the forum on the top bold and clear, so that we can know where we are, when posting things (particualrly when goofing)

3) it might slowly restrict people to certain forums, as they might tend to visit only those forums. this was the idea behing separating topics to different forums, but, i would like my kurals to be seen by everone, not just people who post in "culture" forum... is there any way of doing this? a small side flashing about new thread in other forums... coffee house could be excluded for this purpose. you used to give the news flash at the top, is it possible to show the unread new threads in other forums as moving news flah at the top of forums..?
