If by that you mean "created by an European in the 1900's" (which is an advanced civilization when compared to Minos) then I'd agree. Nothing suggests a civilization beyond that level (now, if it'd been inscribed with laser precision on a huge disk of aluminum, inset with titanium and coated with polished microdiamonds enmeshed in nanotubes, THEN I would believe some advanced civilization was out there in the early 1900's.

The numbering system is an artificial construct. The genes are actually long unraveled chains of protein while the cell is in operation. When it starts to divide, they pair up and the protein winds up into bundles (gene) -- the numbering came when they took photographs and laid them out from tallest to shortest.
So they don't line up in a nice little row in your body. The "number them by size" was the most convenient way of identifying them.

It's a forgery. If they were encoding human DNA information and it was advanced scientific knowledge, they would have presented the nucleotides and cell structures and chemical interactions and it'd have taken a lot more space.
There's nothing scientific there.
