I have no problem being reguarded as a debunker as far as geopolymer is concerned. In my simple way, I see a debunker as someone who opposes a theory or idea. At the moment I am opposed to the geopolymer theory, that is why I have been looking for natural alternatives. I find out through searching that an alternative could well exist for the formation of natural zk20. Now whether natural zk20 ever formed in those limestone beds, I have no idea, but the elements and potential are there.
All this searching came about because of Sandy J's demand that I come up with proof of my claim that wet lime mortar and soot, create ammonia. I did my searching, and was honest with my posted findings. You may well have read them all, so I'm not going to go over them again.
If Sandy J had not been so persistantly demanding, or become so arrogantly supperior, or imediately dismissive of what I said about the wet lime and soot. I might never have bothered looking for anything.
I think the best thing S.J.P could have done, would have been to do some research, to see if what I said was true. I knew it was true, and now S.J.P can read some related web documents, that back up what I said.
When I mentioned the wet lime mortar/soot = ammonia, I did not fully understand the process involved, but now I know a good bit more. My understanding at that time was, it was the lime interacting with the soot, that created the ammonia. But it turns out it was the water+ air interacting with the hydrocarbons in the soot and the creosote in the chimney. This interaction might also have been instrumental in releasing the minute traces of ammonia locked up in the flyash that the lime contained.
Slight change of direction here.
When I first heard of this geopolymer pyramid theory, I was interested, I was intrigued, and I did think, what does this mean if it's true? But the more I've found out about the pyramids, from these boards and from other sources. Leads me to believe that the blocks were quarried, dressed and then built into the structure as individual units. Not poured, or pressed into shape.
As to my unique perspective on synthetic, that came about because of Sandy J's persistant use of the word. I decided to look up synthetic from a chemistry perspective. Found that it related to the combination of two or more elements, no mention of laboratry artificial combination, so I decided to become difficult with my interpretation of the word.
Before all this, the only synthetic I knew, was non wool jumpers and socks.</HTML>
