Oh bugger! I knew it was wrong too - KS did reference him but I genuinely confused KS and TW in my rush to post. So are RBs legal team about to descend and crush me now? Do I need to make a full public apology to them? Should I retract the statement?
I am genuinely concerned about this tho' - nobody should feel afraid to cast an opinion or to offer public criticism for fear that they be sued for doing so. Libel and slander are serious accusations and I think its a real shame that Hawass didn't sue Bauvals sorry ass in March. Want a public apology to belittle your opponent with? Looks like you need to blow steam and threaten legal action to get one.
Apologies to Kat for raising this issue once more but I couldn't not say anything when IMHO the legal threats made to Martin by GH & RB have had such an effect on both MBs.
