With this diagram, do you imply that also the Sphinx was planned interconnected ? In that case, and assuming that the AE started to build on the overall groundplan with Khufu's pyramid (not with the Sphinx), you have to be sure that Khufu's pyramid is older than the Sphinx, isn't it ?
But you forgot that we have a problem concerning our knowledge about the age and the builder of the Sphinx. Apparantly, the Sphinx depicts Khafre's vision. But there is not one single contemporary inscription which connects the Sphinx with Khafre. If it once turns out beyond doubt that the Sphinx is older than Khufu's pyramid, I can't imagine that its location determined the location of the other monuments.
