In my post I wrote:

""2. The roads shown in Figure 1 "R" were built entirely by
our men and equipment 1898-1990."

It should have been:

"2. The roads shown in Figure 1 "R" were built entirely by
our men and equipment 1998-1990."

The "1898" should have been "1998". I miss typed that date.
