Right you are, of course. Without the hiratic or a transcription (which appears to be in Lesson 16 of Hoch accoring to one reference I have; does anyone here have that text?) I can't tell what word was used for "place" let alone what determinative. As I said, the usual word is "st," but it could be something less generic. Not having acess to the actual texts is frustrating. I hate relying on an uncheckable translaton. If I actually have the text, at least any mistake I make is my own. sad smiley
