The first time I had a look at the transcript of your ARCE presentation I couldn't make any sense of your tables I and II.
They did not seem to display correctly in my browser (Mozilla Firefox).
Now I looked at them using IE and they seem to be correct.
So not every browser is interpreting your html code in the same way.
Maybe you should have another look at your code.
Did you make these tables in Excel? Excel can save a spreadsheet directly as a webpage and the result should display in any browser in a correct way.
If I save the html pages with the tables and open them in Excel they are distorted again, no matter if I save them from Firefox or from IE. This is another indication that something is wrong with the html code.
The other tables (III, IV and V) don't have this problem.
