You mean out of mudbrick and palm wood? Sure, easy!

But you probably meant in the monumental stone style the Egyptians used for temples, still same answer. Of course we could - but bringing massive stone buildings up to code would probably be a nightmare. Come to think of it the same probably goes for mudbrick and palm wood.
