Well, it is from Egypt but not from Egyptians. It comes from a time where the "Pharaos" even couldn't speak Egyptian, where the Greek and Romans had transferred large parts of their culture into Egypt. From a time which is considered to be "after the Pharaos" (see for example Alan K. Bowman - Egypt after the Pharaos (332 BC - 642 AD) )
The temple was finished under Caesar Nero, and because the Zodiac is a small chapel on the roof of the temple it is sure to assume that it is from these times. All we can learn from it is how precise the late Greek or Romans were in depicting stars.
It has no relevance to Egyptian astronomy.
