<HTML>Even if Nazi scientists were used by the CIA, it does not make for an over-arching conspiracy. While unethical and inhumane, the Nazi experiments did provide data used in the Western world long after WWII. . .
The CIA called on the cast of the 1960s spy-spoof "Get Smart" to find out what Soviet agents were funnelling ideas for the show's goofy spy weapons (like the shoe-phone or pool-cue gun). When the CIA found out that "Get Smart" came up with them all on their own, they asked for copies of all the gag weapons so that they could make them for their own agents!
And these guys are supposed to be behind a conspiracy? The same people who were fooled by "Get Smart"?
