Don, that's on a scroll, and what you have is a partial image. The scroll has writing on it that explains what the illustration is about. You can see the whole image (but not the hieroglyphs) on this blog page:

It's the funerary papyrus of a woman called Heruben.
In this case, the text talks about the journey of the solar barque through the night world. As the deceased worships at the scene, the sons of Anubis help pull the barque while four cobra divinities (usually female) raise arms in adoration of Re (appears to be Re-Horakhty). Set stands at the bow, spearing the snake Apep (Apophis), who represents chaos and destruction. I think that the lion-headed man in the back of the barque who is helping kill Apophis is the son of Bast, Maahes.
I can't find a full picture of the text, but I see her name to the right of the scene.
This isn't a picture in isolation. It's part of a book written to guide her through the underworld to the fields of the blessed.
