There were natural pyramids and man made pyramids. If the right natural pyramid shaped mountain or hill existed then there was no need to build a pyramid. It all stems from the definition of the word pyramid. Therefore its possible that this hill was chosen for it's geodetic position maybe along with other reasons(lay lines etc). If evidence was found that it contained an important tomb, or place of worship etc, then it would need to be studied in relation to the places it aligns with, in Hellas / Egypt, or anywhere else..
