So how is it any more scientific for you to tell us that the AE of the ok USED a system of measure in a different continent, some 2,000 miles away, dating to some 3,000-3,500 years later?

About the only possible connection between Imperial and AE measure might come via Greek and Roman measure. Greek measure might have received some AE influences; in turn, there was a relationship between Greek measure and Roman measure; and, following the breakup of the Roman Empire, some Roman measures, divided or multiplied by various ratios, might have been disseminated across Europe, and eventually developed into the Imperial system.

This very tenuous and contentious relationship between ancient metrological systems, and the description of their possible origins, is, though, hardly a safe basis for announcing that "the Red Pyramid was intended to be 8 miles from the Bent Pyramid".

And now onto the next part of my question, which still remains unanswered. What evidence is there that the AE of the OK were interested in large-scale landscape geometry?
