Hi Greg we assume the base of G1 to be 440 cubits or about 755.77 feet
It is now my contention that the actual measurement meant was 756 feet EXACTLY.
Taking it just one speculation further the base of The Kings Chamber we have at 82.1 cubits. I now suspect that the intended or actual measurement up from the base is 141.42 feet or the square root of two times 100 ! Using a cubit at 20.62 we get 82.3 cubits
For the Queen's Chamber which is given as 41.51 cubits I propose a distance up of 70.71 feet which is of course sine of 45 times 100. This would give us 41.15 cubits at 20.62 inches per cubit.
THIS WOULD ALSO EQUAL 1/10TH OF THE BASE OF G2 !
Some existing data
However Petrie has it at
Could Petrie have picked thew wrong starting point for his level ?
However further complications set in for if we lower The Queen's to 41.15 or 70.71 feet how then do we justify RAISING The King's Chamber to 80.3 cubits or 141.42 feet ?
So is it simply 41.5 cubits and 82.1 cubits ?
HOWEVER
If we keep to the theme of 5/6ths which we have discovered along the way and stretch our belief to maybe the breaking point
we find that a decimal showing a 5/6th ratio or 0.5060 PERFECTLY DEFINES THE RATIO BETWEEN THE KING'S CHAMBER AND THE QUEEN'S
1/0.5060 = 1.9763
1.9763 x 41.5 = 82.16
There is without a doubt much more hidden here than at first meets the eye.
