What they did was to encode double cities, but these cities already existed! Cities with equal distance from Aketaten:

Memphis, Dendera
Heliopolis, Thebes (between Karnak & valley of the kings)
Medium, Abydos
Hawara, Thinis
Athribis, Latopolis
Nekheb, Heroopolis + Pi-Atum + Tjeku
Canopus, Ombos

Anyone can check it out with Google Earth. Statistically it would be very easy for this not to occur.
