It seems to me to be a bit larger than 125,000 cubits. Petrie measured the height of Menkaure's pyramid normally and found it one thousand times smaller than the distance between Medium pyramid and Kafre's pyramid. He then measured it based on the granite courses and found it one thousand times smaller than the distance between Medium pyramid and Khufu's pyramid.
