You're just now realizing that Khufu's dad used the same seqed for one of his pyramids as he did?
It's another one of those "cultural precedents" we've tried to tell you about for years. Just like the interior is a close match for the interior of the subsidiary pyramid at the Bent.

Because 275 cubits and 175 cubits are even numbers, and easily scalable from a 1:25 diagram.
