Hello,
I posted a few items here several years ago about various metrological findings at Giza and elsewhere. I have a request that perhaps someone on the list can help with.
W M F Petrie found in the tomb of Sesostris II a red granite sarcophagus which he described as being of excellent workmanship. (I E S Edwards, The Pyramids of Egypt, page 226.) If you know of a source that contains the exact dimensions, such as Petrie's original report, I'd appreciate your posting them here.
Also, some well preserved items from the tomb of Khufu's mother, Hetepheres, could also provide important metrological data. [

The exact dimensions of the box pictured on this page could be valuable. Edwards states that most of the furniture was reconstructed however, so their dimensions may be only approximately what they were originally.
Thanks for your help. It's a pleasure to find others interested in this rather obscure but fascinating field.
Regards,
Wayne Turner
