The first thing I discovered was that all three pyramids were multiples of 10.

The Pyramid of Userkaf is 140.00 cubits square which equals 73.318 meters

The Pyramid of the Ba is 40.00 cubits which equals 20.947 meters (1:3.5 ratio)

and

The Pyramid of Neferhetepes is 50 cubits which is 26.185 meters. (1:2.8 ratio)

Further to all of this is the fact that The Pyramid of Userkaf is in the same 3, 4 and 5 ratio as G2 at Giza as evidenced by the angle given of 53.13 degree. Height would then equal (70/3) x 4 = 93.33 cubits WHICH IS EXACTLY 1/3RD THE HEIGHT OF THE GREAT PYRAMID ! (3 X 93.33 = 280) and base is one half the height of The Great Pyramid

The Pyramid of the Ba works out to be base of 40 cubits and height equal to 28.642. However I would guess that the height equals 28.563 cubits (14.958 meters or 0.042 out) which would get us a slope angle of 55.0 degrees even and definitely NOT the angle of 53 which is quoted.

The Pyramid of Neferhetepes works out to be base 50.0 cubits and height is equal to 32.5 cubits ( 17.02 meters or .02 meters from what is given) which is the ratio of 1 to 1.3 and would give us a slope angle of 52.43 degrees and very close to the 52 which is given.

I have so far been unable to find the measurements of the enclosures.

Conclusion arrived at is that The Ancient Builders were very systematic with what they did and we only have to try to find out what they were trying to tell us in the universal language of mathematics, ratios and geometry.
