Although challenged on it I never really answered the rebuttal I got (can't find that post now) so here it is belatedly ...



Since the start of these ages is completely arbitrary and is open to conjecture who is to say whether The Cretaceous started 144,000,000 years ago or 149,599,000 years ago.

And who is to say whether The Triassic started 245,000,000 or 233,000,000 The boundary lines are completely arbitrary and there really is no clear basis for the timeline and isn't it just amazing that the boundaries of Mars' orbit correspond almost exactly to the timeline given

Aphelion 249,209,300 km 1.665 861 AU (Triassic - 245,000,000 million years)

Perihelion 206,669,000 km 1.381 497 AU (Jurassic - 208,000,000 million years)

And how about the beginning of The Proterozoic. Was it 900 million or 778 million ?

It is interesting to note that Venus and Jupiter seem to be almost exactly in the division between certain of The Ages.

Is it all part of The Grand Design ? I think it is.

For example The Cambrian shows itself starting around 540 million years ago and most think that this was the site of the oldest fossils but I think you should read this:

Could The Vendian relate to 778 million and where Jupiter fits into this "God timeline" ? Hmmm ...
