Hi Jon perhaps I have been misunderstood.
If the question is phrased "approximately 28 units" then there are a zillion ways to attempt a solution. However this goes back to my posting of an image that showed how geometrically one could draw: Phi, 1/Phi, Phi squared, 1/Phi squared (1.618..., 0.618... , 2.618... and 0.381966... ALL EXACTLY CORRECT ) The challenge was then put to me to draw a circle with circumference of 28 units using a similar method and I stated it was not possible to draw a circle with 28 units exactly and nothing I have read or heard changes this fact one little bit. One can not draw a circle with circumference of 28 units. End of story.
If you want to say approximately 28 units fine but that was not the challenge issued to me.
Best regards
