How 'correct' do you want the measurements to be?
Are you going to allow for the differences in, for example, the horizontal location of the top and the bottom of the Queen's Chamber doorway?
And what of the 'step' you refer to?
It is extensively damaged, making it impossible to determine whether its original face was vertical or perpendicular to the floor.
These two points alone when combined give some 7" of error.
I may be jumping the gun here, but why are you ignoring the physical reference points of the DP/AP floor line intersection, and the GG north wall/AP floor intersection?
