Just curious has anyone ever done any research on the measurements of some of the other structures at Giza and in Egypt ? From what I have discovered I would say not. Marvelous things are being revealed as we look at these genius' work a little closer.

And further proof I think that the ancient Egyptian cubit was indeed meant to be and always was 20.61803398874989484820458683436564 inches !

The Grand Gallery is very impressive, it is 46.71m long, the roof is 8.74m high and the walls are made from granite. The roof forms a 26°-angle [2] and consists of seven corbels. With Franz Löhner's heavy duty track system you can transport the granite blocks you need here up to the appropriate height with no problems.
Transporting the large granite blocks up the pyramid

It is interesting, that the so called corbelled vault was "invented" at the same time as the larger pyramids were built. The first corbelled vault was built in the pyramid of Meidum, then Sneferu's pyramids and Khufu's pyramid followed [2]:

* Pyramid of Meidum - corbelled vault spanning 2.65m, 5.05m high
* Bent pyramid with 2 burial chambers, the first 4.96 by 6.3m and 17.3m high, the second 5.26 by 7.97m and 16.48m high
* Red pyramid - corbelled vault of 4.18 by 8.35m and 14.67m high with 14-16 corbels
* Khufu's pyramid (Grand Gallery) - corbelled vault 2.09m by 46.71m and 8.74m high

Why was this new building element employed? A corbelled vault is used, if the distance from one wall to the other is too large, so a piece of stone put flat can't overcome it. Interestingly this new building element abruptly appears and is executed right away on a very high level. Then, two generations later it is already not employed anymore (Khafre's pyramid only has gabled roofs, Menkaure's pyramid vaults).
If you read German check out this book: H. Illig Wann lebten die Pharaonen?

* Pyramid of Meidum - corbelled vault spanning 2.65m, 5.05m high
2.65m = 104.3305 inches = 5.06 cubits (NOTE: Height is 5.05 meters)
5.05m = 198.8185 inches = 9.64 cubits
NOTE: inches in meter (39.37) divided by inches in cubit (20.618034) = 1.9095
2.65 meters x's 1.9095 = 5.06 meters !!!!!!!

* Bent pyramid with 2 burial chambers, the first 4.96 by 6.3m and 17.3m high, the second 5.26 by 7.97m and 16.48m high

4.96m = 195.2752 inches = (NOTE: If distance is 194.164 then we would have 16.18 feet. This would mean that the distance would have to be 4.93 meters.Difference of 1.1111 inches ) 9.47 cubits
6.3m = 6.28m = 12.00 cubits

Ratio of 4.96/6.3 = 0.78730159
Tan angle of 0.78730159 = 38.213 (Golden Phi angle is 38.17)
Ratio of 4.93/6.28 = 0.78503185
Tan angle of 0.78503185 = 38.133 (Golden Phi angle is 38.17)

Angle of 7/11 grid (220/280 = 0.785714286 = Tan angle of 38.15

So it would seem safe to assume here that either the 7/11 grid was used exactly as at Giza and The Great Pyramid or that Phi was used as some contend may be the story at Giza as well. What is amazing to me is that no one seems to have given the measurements of these other rooms and angles any thought.

Continuing on:

the first 4.96 by 6.3m and 17.3m high
4.96/17.3 = 0.2867052
Tan angle of 0.2867052 = 16.00 degrees EXACTLY !

6.3/17.3 = 0.36416185
Tan angle of 0.36416185 = 20.00 degrees ! EXACTLY

There will be much more to come but I need a break.

But here is just a taste of what is to come ...

the second 5.26 by 7.97m and 16.48m high
7.97 divided by 5.26 = 1.515209
440 (cubits in base of G1) times 1.515209 = 666.66 (Actual 439.98 x's 1.515209)

The ratio of 1:1.515209 has occurred elsewhere but for the moment I can't remember where but it will come to me ...

* Red pyramid - corbelled vault of 4.18 by 8.35m and 14.67m high with 14-16 corbels
If we assume height of EXACTLY 8 cubits we get this:
8 x 20.618034 = 164.94
164.94 / 39.37 = 4.19
Checks for a 1/100th of a meter

16 x 39.37 = 329.89 inches
329.89 /39.37 = 8.38 meters
Checks for 3/100ths of a meter

Further we have 4.18 x 8.35
It would appear that what was intended was 1 by 2 with the diagonal of course being the square root of 5 ... found yet again !

And finally and I am really getting into this and the fact that no one has ever discovered these things before ...

14.67 meters =
14.67 x 20.618034
= 577.5579 inches

577.5579 inches =
577.5579 / 20.618034 =

EXACTLY 28 cubits !!!!!!!!

So we have 8 x 16 x 28 CUBITS EXACTLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

with 14-16 corbels
14 is one half 28
16 equals height in cubits

Enjoy
