“Göbekli Tepe is the oldest human-made place of worship yet discovered. Until excavations began, a complex on this scale was not thought possible for a community so ancient. The massive sequence of stratification layers suggests several millennia of activity, perhaps reaching back to the Mesolithic….The PPN A settlement has been dated to ca. 9000 BC. radiocarbon dates:

“Çatalhöyük was a very large Neolithic and Chalcolithic settlement in southern Anatolia, c 7500-5700 BC. It is the largest and best preserved Neolithic site found to date.”

“Hacilar is an early human settlement in southwestern Turkey, 25 km southwest of present day Burdur. It has been dated back 7040 BC at its earliest stage of development.”

I copy:

“Architectural and anthropological remains which date to the Mesolithic period (10,000-8000 BP) were traced at the site Maroulas on the island of Kythnos.

The excavations, admittedly not very extensive, brought to light intact human skeletons at a depth of just a few inches below the earth surface. These are among the first known burials in an open site in the Aegean, along with the those found previously in some caves of Attica, at Franchthi in Hermionid, at Theopetra in Kalambaka and Yioura near Alonnissos.

Beside the burials the first relics of Mesolithic houses in Greece were found belonging to a paved floor which was probably part of a type of "house".”

The Phragthi cave was continually inhabited from the Paleolithic (20000 BC) to the final Neolithic period (3000 BC). Findings also include evidence of open sea sailing dating to 7250 BC. Now, older signs from Gioura island date to 8000 BC.

If we look at these sites on the map we notice something strange. They are more or less on the same parallel! If we look at Hellas in more detail we see that we can draw a line on the map uniting Fragthi cave and the oracle of Didyma at Anatolia(see Apollo Temple - Didymaion). This line falls slightly North of Maroulas and the sacred island Delos – birth place of Apollo. If we extend this line to the West it falls between mountains Tetrazi and Lycaion – supposed birth place of Zeus – on the apex of which the oldest Olympic games were held. This line also is not far from Asea(Neolithic), Phigaleia, Vasai (Epicurian Apollo Temple built by Ictinos), Lepreo, Lysosoura(oldest city in the world – see Pausanias Arcadica), Megalopolis(founded 370 BC by Theban general Epaminondas).

Below one can see some interesting facts. The distance between Abydos - Egypt and Göbekli Tepe is exactly the same as the distance between Abydos and Delos island. Also, the distance between Göbekli Tepe and fragthi cave is exactly the same as the distance between Göbekli Tepe and Abydos!

If no unique climatological or geographic law exists that clusters favorable early communities around this geographic parallel then there is only one way to explain it. Is there any way to know what they were thinking? What we can do is to go back to 9000 BC and take a look at the sky to see how it looked from this latitude. I used starry night pro and inserted the coordinates of Göbekli Tepe. As one can see below at Sirius transit at this date and position it’s altitude is merely one and a half degrees, meaning marginally above the horizon. At this exact time the three belt stars of Orion align with the horizon (~ 0 altitude). It thus seems that these positions on Earth were planned from space. Thus latitudes were chosen so that at the time the brightest star in the sky – Sirius would just start to be seen above the horizon. Gradually and as the millennia passed Sirius would rise more and more – in such a way so that today at Göbekli Tepe it's maximum altitude is 35.57 degrees.

This seems to lead to the notion that the first time – zep tepi was at 9000 BC – see Plato’s 9600 BC Atlantis, and the first place was actually a circle on the globe. Let’s also note the similarities between the T shaped carved stones at Göbekli Tepe with the Dogon T shaped Sirius system.
