It seems that Edwards in his book about the pyramid refers to the dimensions of the pyramid in different stages. After having corrected the length to be 121 meters and used the diagram to refer to the height of P1 since it is not given by Edwards the data is the following:

M1: 63 x 63 m base, height: 7.9 m
M2: 71.52 x 71.52 m base, height: 7.3(addition) to 7.9 m
M3: 71.52 x 80.02 m base, height: ?(newest addition) to 7.3 to 7.9 m
P1: 77.32 x 85.82 m base, height: 42.5 m
P2: 109 x 121 m base, height: 62.2 m

I just want to add that according to Romer the original mastaba (M1) was parallelogram in form: 63.1 x 8.5 meters.
