Distance has been calculated to equal 105.59244 cubits and this is how I arrived at it ...

1 radian = 57.29577 degrees

Reciprical of this is 0.017453295417794367716848905250772

Multiply area of triangle 440 x 275 = 220 x 275 = 60500 by 0.017453295417794367716848905250772 gives us 1055.9243727765592468693587676717 dividing by 10 = 105.5924

Ridiculous ? Maybe if it weren't for the fact that 105.59243727765592468693587676717 x's 20.618033988749894848204586834366 = 2177.109 ....

.... and ....

the top of course #68 equals ....

2177.5 ...

So we are correct to 4/10th's of an inch or under 1/2 a thumb's width.

and course #68 is sandwiched between two larger courses.

Pretty neat actually
