There has great speculation on the reason for creating the Queen's chamber and the strange shaped niche. No one knows what the use was for the niche. The theory that it housed a statue is not very convincing due to it's shape and the fact that the shoulders of the person depicted would not fit in it. At first glance this niche looks like a rough mountain shape or a furnace - fire place. Well it turns out that it depicts a metallurgists furnace and it encodes info of very useful tough metals. Due to the great size of the first niche course it is evident that it comprises of two courses with the same width. Thus the total number of courses is six instead of five. With this in mind if we find the middle of each course we will notice that they match one by one 6 consecutive external pyramid courses. These are courses 24 through 29. In the first pic below I show how these numbers refer to the atomic number(nr of protons) of the very important metallic elements Chromium, Manganese, Iron, Cobalt, Nickel, and Copper. Although according to Egyptologists the AE knew and used only gold, silver, tin, and copper, it seems that the architects of this structure were a lot more advanced. The base or slightly below coincides with the atomic number of Vanadium, the general sloped roof area encompasses the metals Zinc and Gallium, while the roof top encodes the atomic weight of the gray-white metalloid Germanium. Crystalline Germanium is widely used today in semiconductors.
But the layout was not planned out with only the atomic number in mind. Thus as shown in the next pic, the base of the chamber encodes the atomic weight of sodium(see NaCl salt), the first niche course encodes the atomic weight of magnesium, the fourth and fifth courses encode the atomic weights of Aluminum and Silicon respectively(most abundant elements in Earth's crust), while the top half of the sloped roof cavity encompasses the atomic weight of Phosphorus. The roof top on the other hand encodes the atomic weight of Sulfur.
