From the picture, there is nothing obvious to me that stands out as a pattern. Any 3 points can be connected with a circle... I see random lines with no pattern in the angles.

There is one structure in this design that I'm not familiar with... perhaps to make the circles fit. He also shows the sphinx, which is a positive.

We don't know about the accuracy and methods used. Additionally, this diagram is oriented West, rather than North. I'm not real impressed with the diagram.

The article does mention Robert by name, and it's always good to see a fellow Maat'y get mentioned and acknowledged. As for Edward Nightingale, I don't thing his theory would survive HOM (Hall of Maat).
