What am I doing wrong ?



Height of unshaded area is 280 - 33.58 = 246.42

Top of shaded area = 246.42/280 x's 220 = 193.6157

Area of shaded area is [(2 x 193.6157) + 440/2] x 33.58 = 13889.2152 sq cubits

Area of above triangle = 1/2 base times height = 193.6157 x 246.42 = 47710.7808

Ratio is: 1 to 3.4351

If we use entire pyramid it is much worse. This would be 1 to 4.4351
