Here - [www.researchgate.net] - it says: Temple of Kom Ombo: Room C or Outer vestibule, central façade [morGAn et al. (1902: 68, pl. 614)].

This is pl. 68 - [archive.org] pl. 614 (p. 68) - the closest I've found to Hans' image, but, in Morgan, it says "east wall": not "outer vestibule, central facade").

But there, I'm afraid, I must leave it!
